Our goal is to help our clients recognize the inherent value in their lives, increase their sense of self-worth, and empower them to live life abundantly.

Our approach

We provide therapy to individuals, couples and families using a collaborative, strengths-based, whole person approach to therapy. By incorporating aspects of Dialectical Behavior therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavior therapy (CBT), and motivational interviewing, we use a holistic approach, acknowledging the various environmental factors, both internal and external, that may be present. Together, we create a treatment plan and continue to build a foundation of healthy coping strategies and compassionately empowered perspectives.
