My goal is to help you recognize the inherent value in your life, increase your sense of self-worth, and empower you to live life abundantly.

My approach

I provide therapy to individuals, couples and families and use a collaborative, strengths-based, whole person approach to therapy. By incorporating aspects of dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), cognitive behavior therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, art and music therapy, we will create a treatment plan and continue to build a foundation of healthy coping strategies.
