1:1 Psychotherapy
Individual: $160.00/60-minute sessions
I provide individual psychotherapy using various aspects of DBT, CBT, motivational interviewing, as well as others modalities when applicable. By having a whole person, strengths-based approach, we will explore your life holistically from multiple angles. I see clients in WA, MA, and UT states.
Couples Counseling
Couples and Family counseling: $185.00/60-minute sessions
I support couples in achieving or re-establishing a sense of cohesion in the face of challenging events and dynamics. By identifying and clarifying ideas of healthy and unhealthy relationships, we can focus on improving communication, boundaries and other vital aspects of our relationships.
Group Therapy
Cultivating Authenticity
Starting 3/5 - 5/30
Nine - 90-minute, In-person - Men's Support Groups
This small, six person, men’s (18+) support group will be starting on March 3rd and will be running Wednesdays, from 7pm-8:30pm until May 30th. Each group will have a theme that builds onto the previous group’s focus. Members will be encouraged to build connections through vulnerability, and will be provided opportunities to share their experiences, both past and present, which may be creating barriers in their lives or in their relationships. Groups will focus on topics like improving effective communication and assertive boundary setting, cultivating authenticity in our identity, learning how to implement more compassionate perspectives in our lives and more. Each 90-minute session is $85.00, totaling $765.00 for nine, 90-minute, in-person groups. Members can pay in full prior to starting, or in two installments (first half of groups and second half) - additional payment options may be discussed during the registration process. Insurance is not accepted, please ask your insurance what their Out-of-Network coverage may be for group therapy if you would like a 'Superbill’ document provided.
